AMM has been a fully licensed user of EZ-CAP since 1995. EZ-CAP is a stable platform for managing capitation, claims, referral authorizations, member services, case management and eligibility and allows for easy exchange of data. AMM is fully contracted with MZI Healthcare for complete user and technical support of EZ-CAP and participates regularly in User Group meetings, annual user conventions and is a member of the EZ-CAP Advisory Council.

The AMM Claims Manager is a custom AMM claims website that allows authorized users and delegates access to up-to-date claim status and in-depth claims detail information. The AMM Claims Manager is a secured environment that is fully maintained on AMM premises and is password protected. AMM provides technical support to users during regular business hours.

AMM is partnered with Cerecons to provide the ability to submit claims, obtain and/or submit referral authorizations and access to your own eligibility lists.

Internally, AMM Information Technology staff is constantly designing and developing custom tools and applications for staff that are used to increase productivity, reduce costs and provide better service to our customers both internal and external.

AMM takes the technology it employs seriously. We use only time tested and industry proven methods, technology and equipment all while maintaining an eye on the ever changing IT landscape. AMM proactively seeks out technologies that will benefit its customers and clients.

AMM uses Nortel telecommunications equipment with Norstar Meridian telephones and Cinphony automated call distribution and voice mail. These systems are modular and expandable to meet changing client’s needs. Verizon provides service and support for AMM’s phone systems.
