Prior to joining AMM, he served as Vice President of Operations at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles. His experience includes optimizing revenue resources, government funding, operations, systems integration, business development and health plan contracting while building strategic partnerships. Hank provides the expertise and leadership to build on AMM’s solid foundation and bring our service models to the next level of excellence.
As a seasoned professional with over 20 years of C-Suite experience and over 30 years of healthcare industry experience, Allen is known for improving operations and organization’s financial strength. He most recently served as CEO for West Anaheim Medical Center and La Palma Intercommunity Hospital. Before that he was a Senior Vice President at Prospect Medical and CEO at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center. Allen’s professional career encompassed working in all healthcare segments, physician group management, MSO development and management, health plan and hospital management. Allen has demonstrated strong industry and business insight in ascertaining and analyzing needs, streamlining, and improving operations, and developing new business and program concepts. Allen holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. His responsibilities include the non-clinical and finance operations.
Sora has extensive experience in the healthcare industry having worked in a Provider Clinic setting for 3 years, Acute Care Hospital for 5 years and 7+ years in Health Plan Operations. Sora oversees Care Management, Customer Service, Quality Performance, Provider Engagement and Claims/Audits. Sora is a Board Certified Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.
Kathy holds a Masters in Health Care Administration Management and is one of the two original founders of AMM, which was established in 1981. Kathy has 39 years of leadership experience in the administration of managed care programs for government clients, medical groups and other risk-bearing entities. In Kathy’s new role as AMM’s Executive Advisor, she remains a valuable asset to our organization and our clients.
