Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in a managed care setting
Responsible for the day-to-day operations in the Credentialing Department
Knowledgeable of the current NCQA, CMS, DHS, DMHC credentialing standards
Credentialing audit experience
Preparing for and taking minutes at Credentialing Committee meetings
Preparing delegated credentialing reports
Knowledge of ongoing monitoring
Expertise in Excel, Word, and Access
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Highly detail-oriented
Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Strong ability in problem-solving
